Jimmy’s primary focus is representing developers, homebuilders and landowners throughout Texas in all aspects of zoning, platting, vested rights/entitlement, condemnation, annexation, sign regulation, building permits and construction, right-of-way abandonment, and code enforcement matters, as well as zoning and land use, and condemnation related litigation matters in the State Courts.
