Condemnation/Eminent Domain Representation

In the event that a municipality, TxDOT, a pipeline company or any other condemning authority seeks to acquire all or a portion of our clients' land for public use, our firm works with the affected property owner to obtain the just compensation he or she is entitled to under the law. We work with and advise our clients from the time of the initial rumors of the governmental project, through the official offer by the condemning authority, negotiations and commissioners' hearings, and, if necessary, through appealing the commissioners' award and litigation.
